  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey jack, or your favorite!
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 avocado ripe
