Spinach Hummus Pita Wrap

Salty, savory, crunchy, and so refreshing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tub King Harvest Spinach Hummus
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped or thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
  • 1/4 cup english cucumber diced
  • 2 tbsp feta or more if you wish!
  • 1 pita toasted up

Instructions
 

  • Toast pita
  • Smear hummus generously
  • Layer ingredients, starting with baby spinach
  • Drizzle olive oil, finish with cracked pepper
