Roasted Pepper Hummus & Avocado Toast

A modern twist on a classic.

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup micro greens we used Bull's Blood, but go with whatever you'd like!
  • 2 tbsp King Harvest Roasted Pepper hummus
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  • Toast your sourdough to perfection
  • Spread that KH hummus on top!
  • Add slices of avocado on top of the hummus spread
  • Drizzle your olive oil
  • Sprinkle micro greens and season. Enjoy!
