Ingredients
  

  • 1 tub King Harvest Sundried Tomato Hummus
  • 2 dozen crimini mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 2 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Lay crimini mushrooms onto a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon King Harvest hummus into each mushroom.  Place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Top with fresh basil and serve immediately!
