King Harvest Hummus Mediterranean Protein Bowl
The perfect combination of flavors and textures featuring our Classic Hummus.
Ingredients
- 3 oz King Harvest Original Hummus
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup English cucumber small diced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olive wedges
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tsp pepitas roasted
- 2 tsp cilantro roughly chopped
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Fill bowl with a bed of arugula.
- Top with quinoa, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, cheese, and pepitas. Season with S&P.
- Finish with a large dollop of King Harvest Classic Hummus and cilantro. Enjoy!
