Spinach Hummus Pita Wrap
Salty, savory, crunchy, and so refreshing!

- 1 tub King Harvest Spinach Hummus
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes cut into halves
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped or thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
- 1/4 cup english cucumber diced
- 2 tbsp feta or more if you wish!
- 1 pita toasted up
Toast pita
Smear hummus generously
Layer ingredients, starting with baby spinach
Drizzle olive oil, finish with cracked pepper
